How we handle your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how SDU Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you interact with our corporate website at www.sdutechsolutions.com or use our products and services.

We are committed to compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for clients in the GCC and internationally.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact form data — name, work email, phone, company, area of interest, and the message you submit through the contact form.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, user agent, and the referring page. This is collected automatically when you submit a form and is used for security and rate-limiting.
• Anonymous analytics — aggregate page-view and engagement metrics via Google Analytics 4 (when enabled). No personally identifying information is sent to GA4 by default.

We process your personal data only when at least one of the following applies:

• You have submitted a form requesting that we contact you.
• Processing is necessary to perform a contract or provide a service you have requested.
• We have a legitimate business interest (e.g. responding to inbound inquiries, security, fraud prevention) that does not override your rights.

Your information is used solely to:

• Reply to your inquiry, schedule demos, and prepare proposals.
• Send transactional emails (acknowledgements, demo confirmations, proposal documents).
• Maintain a private lead-management system accessible only to authorised SDU Tech Solutions staff.
• Improve the website and our services through aggregate analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last interaction. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (for tax and statutory compliance).

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).

Under DPDPA / GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct or update it, request its erasure, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest for sensitive data, role-based access control, and audit logs. Our lead-management backend is hosted on secured infrastructure with authentication required for all administrative access.

While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no internet transmission is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware.

This site uses essential cookies for navigation and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, GA4 sets first-party cookies that you can decline via your browser settings.
